Disentis Ski Area
With skiing to 2833m Disentis offers snow sure skiing and snowboarding and an incredible 1594 metres (5,230 feet) of vertical descent. Disentis offers 60 kilometers (38 miles) of pistes and is evenly suited for both advanced and intermediate skiers and snowboarders with some terrain for beginners. There are also excellent mountain restaurants offering a welcome rest for tired legs - the area's local dialiect and culture is Romansch, remember to try some of their local dishes including Capuns and Bizochels.
